Richard Bradley

Dick currently is Chairman and President of Bradley Holdings, an investor in restaurants, venture capital transactions, and hotels; Chairman of No Boundaries Limited, owner and developer of properties in the Seattle area, including the Metropole Building and the historic, 50,000-sq. ft. Interurban Building; and limited partner in Compadres Restaurants, owner and operator of restaurants in California and Hawaii. Dick is a director of Pomare, Ltd., owner of Hawaii-based Hilo Hattie stores.

A 1963 graduate of the Cornell Hotel School, Dick's early career affiliations were with Pan American Airways, the Cars International division of Duty Free Shoppers, Ltd., and Merrill Lynch. Through the 1970's, he served as chairman and president of Victoria Station, owner-operator of 105 restaurants in the U.S., Canada, and Japan, with 7,000 employees and over $135 million in annual sales. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Bradley was chairman and CEO of CondoTech, which, through its subsidiaries Hawaiiana Management and Hawaiiana Resorts, managed 200 buildings including 25,000 condominiums, four hotels, and eight Hawaiian resort properties, massing an aggregate value under management in excess of five billion dollars.

Dick's development projects have included condominiums, resorts, hotels, golf communities, and mixed-use developments. Dick also previously owned two multi-unit retail companies, Benetton Stores and Polo/Ralph Lauren Stores.

A past president of the Cornell Hotel Society, Dick has served on the Hotel School Dean's Advisory Board, the Cornell University Council, and the Cornell Real Estate Council. He is a member of the World Presidents' Organization, the Chief Executives Organization, and the Urban Land Institute, and he is on the Board of Vision of Hope. Dick is a Trustee of the Culinary Institute of America, one of the world's leading culinary educational institutes, and is also a member of their Executive Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He also serves on the Advisory Committee for the Cornell Hotel School/Culinary Institute of America Alliance. Dick was formerly a Trustee of the American Center for Wine, Food and the Arts (COPIA).

Dick is a recipient of the Conservator of the American Arts Award of the American Conservatory Theater and was named 1976 National Multi-unit Foodservice Operator of the Year in Nation's Restaurant News.
