Melinda Bush

Currently Melinda is the CEO of Hospitality Resources Worldwide ("HRW"), an international consulting firm focused the tourism, resort, and travel industries. The firm provides large organizations with assistance in branding, market development, and financing activities internationally. HRW clients include firms such as The Carlyle Group Realty Fund, The Blackstone Group Realty Fund, Accor Hotels- North America, The Moroccan American Group of Investment Companies, HI Group, Johnson Capital, Bazarian International Financial Associates, as well as the marketing of over 75 hotels and resorts in the luxury category, under the Insider Collection brand.

Projects include both the private sale of hotels and resorts in the 5-star category, as well as assisting in the brand development and financing activities for major resort development projects in Morocco, Vancouver, The Dominican Republic, Belize, St. Maarten, Panama, and, domestically, in New York, Arizona, California, Florida and the Southeast. HRW's early stage investment activities also include several industry online marketing vehicles that service the hotel and resort industry.

Melinda has over 25 years of front-line experience building and managing the world's largest travel trade publishing companies for Rupert Murdoch and Reed Elsevier. Other achievements include the development of such major industry projects as THISCO, (The Hotel Industry Switch Company) which evolved into PEGASUS, the industry's largest reservations provider; the global expansion of Hotel & Travel Index with 14 offices around the world to provide global marketing services to over 50,000 hotels and resorts; the early development and branding of Expedia under the Microsoft ownership, and chairing of the travel industry launch of the highly successful "I Love New York" campaign.

Currently Melinda serves on a number of public and private boards including FelCor Lodging Trust (NYSE), Sun Resorts (OTC), and the American Hotel Lodging Education Foundation.
